Chapter 9 Confirm your Role

When you are invited to an organization as an author or editor, you will need to accept the invitation from another member of the organization.

  1. You should see a notification on the hamburger menu. Click on the hamburger menu, and then click on “Notifications”.

    The hamburger dropdown menu is expanded and the notifications link is highlighted.

  2. On the invitation notification, click “View”.

    There is a new notification listed that we have been invited to be an author. We have the option to view the notification.

  3. Click “Accept Invitation”.

    There are buttons to accept or decline the invitation to be an author with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center on Leanpub.
