9 Overview

The iSEE Bioconductor package is a powerful tool for visualizing and exploring single-cell RNA-seq data. The iSEE viewer provides an interactive interface for exploring gene expression patterns, performing dimensionality reduction, clustering cells, visualizing metadata, and conducting differential expression analysis.

In this demo, we’ll learn how to launch the iSEE viewer in AnVIL’s RStudio environment.
